Meet the Team

  • Christian is an internationally experienced business transformation leader dedicated to fostering organizational excellence. With more than 25 years in continuous improvement, Christian has built high-performing teams across diverse industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, government, international finance, IT, and non-profits.

     

    In 2020, Christian founded Semoto, focusing on strategic planning, management systems, and leadership development. Prior to this, he served as Senior Consultant and Director for Japan Insight Tours with Kaizen Institute, working alongside Masaaki Imai. He was also Consulting Director at Optima Associates, a leading Midwest consultancy. Christian currently resides in a small Midwestern town where he continues to support clients and innovate new approaches for better workplace environments.

  • Steve Hirt is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with deep experience guiding organizations in strategic planning, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. As Founder and Principal of HSM PerformX, LLC, he helps leaders envision their future, develop actionable strategies, and build high-performing teams. Steve previously led and grew multiple advisory and consulting firms, including founding Optima Associates and serving as president of a mid-sized strategic consulting and engineering firm, and has held senior finance and operations roles in global manufacturing and consumer products companies. In addition to his consulting work, he serves as a Vistage Chair, coaching CEOs and business owners to enhance leadership effectiveness and achieve breakthrough results.

  • Christopher Spranger is the founder of Spranger Business Solutions and ImproveConstantly.com, and a trailblazer in the world of operational excellence.

    As an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (#72) with over two decades of experience, Chris brings a rare blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the practice of continuous Improvement.

    With a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville and an MBA in Finance and Management from UW–Whitewater, Chris has led Lean Six Sigma transformations across 15+ organizations in diverse industries. He’s trained and coached hundreds of professionals, equipping leaders and teams with the tools to drive measurable, sustainable results.

    Chris also designed and delivers Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt certification courses within the MBA program at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, helping shape the next generation of improvement leaders.
