A Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and former Toyota practitioner, she has experienced firsthand how a deeply embedded improvement culture develops people and drives performance. Her career has included leading enterprise operational excellence efforts, Vice President of Operations, and Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives..
