About Anthony Brunshtein
Anthony Brunshtein is Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Beacon Mobility, where he leads enterprise-wide improvement, change management, process excellence, and business transformation. He is also the founder of Move the Mean, host of the Respect the Tone podcast, and a leadership coach focused on helping leaders communicate clearly and develop stronger teams. Previously, Anthony served as Manager of Enterprise Continuous Improvement within Corporate Strategy and Innovation at Southwest Airlines. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, Professional Certified Coach, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he brings together operational excellence and people development to create lasting organizational performance. Anthony holds a master’s degree in Organizational Development and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas.
